Overall, I had a very positive experience with MTC Renovations and Michael - and would absolutely work with them again. I had a very complicated flooring job, and like any reno project, issues came up along the way. What mattered to me was how they were handled - and ultimately, everything was worked out. I feel like this is the most important quality in a contractor. Michael is trustworthy, transparent, responsive, collaborative, and genuinely does his best to find fair solutions. When problems arose, he talked things through with me, and focused on finding the right outcome. The flooring installation team, Brad and Shane, were excellent - very skilled, professional, and genuinely great people to deal with. They were always willing to listen, discuss options, and problem-solve with a positive attitude. Renovations are never perfectly smooth, especially on a job like mine, but I appreciated the honesty, communication, and effort to resolve issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

I have worked with Michael on a duplex conversion and numerous small projects. He is thorough, communicative and solution oriented. He will be the first one I call for my next project and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a GC of quality.

We had an amazing experience hiring MTC Renovations for our recent home renovations and repairs. We recently had a pipe leak in our basement and previous water damage requiring ceiling and drywall repair. We also added a 4th bedroom to our 3rd floor and had some toilets and a vanity replaced. MTC Renovations organized and coordinated all the work we needed done and all their contractors were professional and skilled in what they do. The work was done quick but with care and we really appreciated how hard all the trades worked to get everything done with little disruption to our family of 5 with 3 young children. Highly recommend this company as a one stop shop for any major or minor home repairs/renovations and will definitely use them again for any future projects.
